Cost estimate:
Following the receipt of your general enquiry form and close up photos, you will be able to obtain an all inclusive quotation which includes the cost of the operation tailored to your needs and expectations as well as the tariff of your chosen accommodation.

Payment:
We request that you pay your invoice (replica to your personalised cost estimate) the day before your operation takes place. You can either pay by travellers cheques or by cash.
NB: Travellers cheques must be accompagnied with the purchase invoice given by your bank.

Cancellation fees:
In the case of a cancellation opon your arrival in Tunisia , Cosmetica Travel will only invoice you the accommodation and transportation costs. If, for medical reasons, your surgeon decides not to proceed with the surgery as scheduled, the cost of your surgery will be refunded to you less the accomodation and transportation costs.
We remind you that both you and the surgeon are under no obligation until after your pre-operative consultation.

Responsibilities :
Cosmetica Travel is legally responsible for the organisation of your package holiday and the surgeon and the clinic are legally responsible for the medical part of the process. In the case of disagreement, the surgeon is only liable if litigation takes place in Tunisia under Tunisian law.
Any medical or surgical advice provided through Cosmetica Travel web site, even if accurate to the best of our knowledge, should be discussed with the surgeon.
If any litigation arises as a result of the surgery it can only be carried out in Tunisia under Tunisian law. Cosmetica Travel, its management or staff cannot be held liable in any way.

Guarantees:
It is not possible for anyone to guarantee the results of any operation as each individual case is different and many complications may arise either during or after the operation. The risks are no greater with cosmetic surgery than with any other type of surgery.

Surgical guarantee :
If a slight touch up or, in exceptional cases, further surgery proves necessary after your return home, all the fees of your second procedure including your accommodation at the hotel will be paid by Cosmetica Travel.
This guarantee does not include the flight and covers the patient only.

Risks and complications :
As with any other surgical procedure, there are risks and complications involved which are always measured. Certain risks depend on the individual surgeon and are avoided without being acknowledged due to the surgeon's expertise.
Other risks are out of the surgeon's hands and are specific to certain cases. You will be notified of any possible complications in detail when you consult your surgeon prior to surgery.
Cosmetica Travel reminds you that all cosmetic surgery carries a risk and has limitations which could include disappointment with the results. You should agree about the anticipated outcome of your surgery. You should discuss alternative treatments and understand the risks of the procedures explained by your surgeon.
Insurance
For your peace of mind and in your best interests, we would advise you to arrange your own comprehensive travel insurance that includes full medical cover and cancellation.
