I am posting a message 4 years after surgery. My daughter and I both travelled to Tunisia in Feb 2007 and had breast augmentation with Cosmetica. We are both still over the moon with the results and the care that we received. I have recommended to various friends who have also travelled to Tunisia with Cosmetica and are also thrilled with their results, I am now looking at returning to have surgery on my upper and lower eye lids and I wouldn't use any other company.

I have just returned home from surgery and would like to thank everyone at cosmetica: Nohza for all the communication and efficiency beforehand; Sawcen for everything she did during the stay, Sami for being such a good support and always being there and Diana for her friendship. they have been wonderful. Well it's been 3 weeks now since my operation and I'm sooooo please with the results so far!Sawcan was really great...put my mind at ease straight away but was also clear and accurate in her desciption of what to expect at each stage of the whole process.Sammy was lovely and the best driver....ask him to take you for a kebab!Dr Dj and the anaesthetist were amazing and very easy to get on with despite my lack of French but everything was very straight forward and uncomplicated.Miss Nohza even bought me a toy camel! I took my fiancee who stayed in the clinic with me too which was a comfort because the only thing I was worried about was the anaesthetic. But I woke up feeling really good within a couple of hours and looking at my pert breasts!No pain at all just after a few days where it was like mild bruising where my stitches were. Would definately recommend as I was recommended by a friend. Spotless clinic,immaculate staff and nurses, nice hotel and good place to relax in as there's nothing to do except go for facials or treatments!My breasts look like they did when I was 17 and the scars are healing really well. Overtime they will fade. Only thing I would say is get them to show you pics of 1 week after operation because when I saw mine without bandages the stitching scared me abit because I wasn't expecting it to look so bad because I had no pain.
